We will encourage our students to feel just as confident while standing on their hands as on their two feet. We will fly upside down to the sky! Meet every new moment on the mat! Focusing on authentic expression and creative movement, we will learn how to feel and be yoga, rather than "do" yoga. We will learn to let the practice evolve out of a deeper sense of embodied consciousness as old ideas dissolve making room for the ancient bliss of freedom yoga to move us in an ever evolving and fresh experience. Let's explore our habituated ideas and fine tune our awareness as we tap into the gap between what is and what should be - between the program and the potential.
