Treats for Yogis ~ September 2004 Recipe
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp lemon juice or lime juice
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp hemp oil or flax oil
Place the above ingredients together and make it into a paste.
Chop up any fruit you like add nuts and seeds if you wish and mix the
paste in! The fruit salad looks like it has been painted green!
