RECIPES - NEWS FROM THE YOGA SANCTUARY Take this to a party and everyone with be asking for the recipe. It is best to use organic and raw ingredients if you can get them for optimum nutrition. Lemon Tahini Dressing 3 tbsp Raw Tahini 1 Cup Water 2 Cloves Garlic 1 Lemon Juiced 1 tbsp Old Fashioned Mustard 1 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar Salt (Optional to taste) Black Pepper (Optional to taste) 1/2 tsp Dulse Flakes (Optional) 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Optional) 1 tsp Blonde Miso (Optional) 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. You can play around with this recipe and add or remove ingredients as you see fit. 2. If you are someone who enjoys a diet with very little stimulants than you can go ahead and remove all optional ingredients. If you are on a low fat diet than you can remove the olive oil and you are good to go. Enjoy. Orlando
